Expert WordPress Developer needed

We are looking for an amazing WordPress developer who can create brand new WordPress sites from PSD's, redesign existing themes, work with regular HTML, PHP, Javascript, as well as easily work with plugins like Visual Composer and Revolution Slider. You also may be required to work with sites on staging servers and migrate them over, work with a non-public site by changing the IP Address in your hosts file, and be on a call with a client if needed to discuss what needs to be done. You must also need to be able to troubleshoot and fix issues such as if something is a website is not loading properly, cross-browser test sites to make sure it works perfect on all browsers, test sites on mobile devices and make any necessary changes to make sure they work perfect.
