I used to do e-commerce tracking for the website having add to cart function and this can be done easily. We can create google analytics event when customer make an add to cart. So that we could figure out the item added to the website but not purchased. And one more event when a purchase is made. The transaction value can be tracked using google analytics transaction function and can be tracked with the help of google tag manager. I used to work for hotel website and for e-commerce website in this same platform wordpress. I can track all the data which you where looking for.
