Jquery Issue on Joomla Template

I have a template that I have installed. I installed the demo site from the vendor and there is one of the components that has an issue. It loads but does not show properly. I have tried on three different servers and it shows the same issue. I am guessing it is an issue with the template. I also tried other PHP version and it its all the same. I could show you both the demo and our install so that you can compare. Should be an easy fix so easy $$$ Hope to hear from you!
