Active Trackers - Monitor a website without login or captcha and search for updates and then store the information in a database If a USER is tracking a specific item that is updated then they receive an email showing them what information is currently on the website in an email Settings Tab - Allow for users to change subscription tier, add / change email recepients of trackers Connect App to Stripe - deliverable app should be functional with Stripe as an SaaS with monthly billing that emails a simple billing statement each time charges are made to a users payment source.
