Hello sir, Ref your project description, we would like to inform you that we have got an overview of what you need, basically you want an online platform with an designer tool, where users can add images, create various shapes and apply some effects and preview it, Once done they will be able to download the vector or raster file of it by paying a small fee, Just a note, how will you protect users from copying the logo, they can also screenshot it and later edit it in photoshop. what we can only do is that we can add watermark on it. but that will also be possible if they download image, as in the editor itself if we put such background it might distort the look and feel of logo.
