Members System

Greetings all. I am looking to have a members system created for my website. Here's a description of the requirements: Signup: Users will be able to signup a members area account. The accounts activation process should be able to be set to auto, or manual authorisation required by an administrator -- so this system will require an administrators backend. The ability to add/remove/edit signup fields should also be available to the administrator. Login: A login facility should be provided for the users. It should include a lost password retrieval facility at a minimum. Once the users are logged in, it will greet them with a personalised message, and will also offer them the ability to update their own user information. Backend: The system will need to give the administrator the ability to create custom user groups, and be able to nest users into these multiple groups. Based on the users group membership, specific, configurable links will be displayed to the users home logged in page - so this is going to involve intelligent personalised coding. There will also need to be a security system which checks if the user logged in can reach the a specific page ( incase the got the link off a friend for example ) -- so something which the admin can generate/use for each page in the members area ( some sort of code saying -- check if the user is a member of this group and this group, and if he is, let him in). For example, if user 'a' has group membership user/sub1, the menu for these groups will be displayed to him, and he will be able to click through and access the pages which the administrator has defined for these groups. So, for the authentication side of things, there will need to be a code generator for pages which we create, and add the links for the groups etc. Note, we are a web design/hosting company, so we only select reputable coders who can prove they can do the job. The right person will get very regular work with us, and possibly our clients - depending how good you are. We expect regular updates on the system, and contact with the coder via Messenger where we can discuss changes/alterations to the script.
