modify php script to account for ' and " in array

We have a PHP file that updated our website via webservices and the CMS. It reads a text file and creates, updates or deletes pages as needed. We are running into an issue when one of the strings passes to an array contains an apostrophe or quotation marks. It just skips those entries and doesn't create a page for them. We need the script modified so that pages will be created for the providers that have an ' or " in the firstName or lastName variable. Both files are attached. Some of the names that are firstName : Barbara "Toni" and lastName: O'Connor

i my name is amine i think i can resolve this issue for you my solution is running a test on the data that will be included into the array and remove every " or ' while keeping the write format of the array if that what you need let me know i will wait for your reply ^^
