I need to create the pagination feature of a particular section

I need a fast and committed developer with my project to create a page in the '' categories '' section of my plugin. it displays sports events and its options are distributed in categories, I would like to display a certain category as main and open the other via pagination, by default this pagination happens via pop-up using CSS effects when there are many events the page gets very slow, I believe that if I paginate this will be much better.
