Need An Expert In Both Javascript and PHP

I need a website similar to: [login to view URL] You can use any javascript/PHP framework you like, or if none used, please organize code, so that other developers can understand in the future. I don't want to see all queries to the database in the same script, coupled with HTML and similar things. Less code repetition as possible. The database you will be using is MySQL. I want you to create the small web site and customize it to my specific design. I will provide screenshots that will show you the exact design and behavior we want. You must provide me sample work (web page + code example) you have done to show that you can do clean, expert looking website. I will provide screenshot of design and text style for every page.
