Hello, Earlier today my server became unresponsive. I opened a trouble ticket with the host company and they found that a network connector need to be replaced. They had me reboot my server into rescue mode (which it is in now). I have basic access to port 444 to view partitions and raid. However I cannot gain access to WHM or access through SSH. I contacted the host support and they suggested that I mount the proper drive, then change the root password in rescue mode. Then reboot the server. I need to mount partition md2. I am very concerned of lost data. I have many websites on the server. If needed I need to access the data through raid. I then need assistance with changing the root password. I can provide ssh access to rescue mode and browser access.
