Need Wordpress Cronjob Fixing that Suddenly broken

After changing name-server to cloudflares name-server and back to original again the wordpress cron system broke i get a lot of flood with delete _version_ transients till website crashes they just wont stop spawning , need someone really experienced that knows what he/she is doing to help me out .
