Paypal PHP Integration URGENT

** Project will start on 4/25/07 -- We need this done fast, lost our programmer ** Customer has a site we recoded, almost complete. I need you to integrate Paypal IPN for 2 portions of the site: 1. Registration on site 2. Purchase of additional listings Site is a Directory of local businesses, and businesses can have listings for their business in up to all 5 areas the city/area is divided into. When someone registers their business, they are able to choose from 1-5 areas to put a listing for their business so it appears in search results, as well as select from different categories (examples: Accounting, Restaurant, Paralegal). After someone registers, they will be able to purchase additional listings as well using the same parameters above. In addition, each listing purchsed through Paypal is not a one-time purchase/Buy Now button, but is a recurring/subscription item. For instance, when buying a 3 year listing, it will automatically renew after 3 months with Paypal. The customer purchased a shopping cart, however it does not work with recurring payment items. So we need someone to program using the Paypal IPN in PHP. The customer also has specific requirements that depend on the number of areas and categories are selected per listing that determine the price. Also to give the customer the feeling they are getting a good deal, some items will display a price it will cost the person buying the listing, but the actual price charged may be less. Examples: * Per area-category cost (if listing is in 1-4 areas): --Sponsor: 3 months @ $90, 6 months @ $162 (show as $180), 1 year @ $288 (show as $360), 2 years @ $504 (show as $720) * Per area-category cost (if listing is all 5 areas or "Valleywide"): --Sponsor: 3 months @ $382.50 (show as $450), 6 months @ $720 (show as $900), 1 year @ $1350 (show as $1800), 2 years @ $2160 (show as $3600) Additional discounts and promotions desired by client: - Buy 2 areas for 1 year, get 1 free area listing - Buy 2 categories for 1 year, get 1 category free - Buy 2 areas and 2 categories for 6 months to 2 years and get 1 area and 1 category free We have the Paypal API certificate, username and password; Paypal private key and certificate. Need this complete with these requirements by Friday 04-27-07, work to begin Wednesday 04-25-07. Tight deadline but need someone skilled in this type of integration and complex requirements.
