Peer to peer Advertising matrix script

I am looking for a peer to peer matrix advertising script. I would prefer one that you have already done and could see your demo. Basically, a member joins and then purchases an adpack and pays directly to the member who referred them. I should be able to set payment processors that the member can accept and all the specifics of the matrices. You can get a good idea of what all I need by looking at the two sites below.
