PHP/MySQL coding.

Need someone to write some PHP/MYSQL queries for me. I have a working query, but I need to limit the ouput from a specific field by using stings and substrings. Also, need the capability to display the data with only 10 items per page and a "next" button to retrieve the next 10 sequential entries. Also want a working "login" page that limits where users can go if they are not logged in. I have all the pieces in place, just need help in putting it all together. I need to have this done today. I am the only programmer here and I can't do it all.
