2 Simple C# Applications

Application 1: Unique Key Generator with the 5 different algorithms 1st Algorithm for Level 1 - If user has a Level 1 Key, he has a limit of 1 submission per 24 hours (look to bot 2 for more info) 2nd algorithm for Level 2 - If a user has a Level 2 Key, he has a limit of 2 submissions per 24 hours etc up to Level 5. (I'm just naming it level 1, level 2, to show each level is a different algorithm) Ideal user interface: "Select level" ----> "Type name of user assigned to this key" ------> "Generate Key" ----> Spits out a key of from algorithm for that level Application 2: 1) User signs in with their key 2) Bot recognizes their name and how many submissions they are limited to in 24 hours 3) It takes them to the next window where there is a textbox for them to paste a tweet link in, "submit link" button 4) Link is sent to admin's email. 4a) Admin receives email, knows who submitted that link 5) Once user submission limit is reached, they can no longer send any more until the next 24 hour cycle where everyone's limit is reset. It must have the capability to allow me to remove keys. Thanks!
