Small payroll system

Need a payroll system with the following process: Catalogs: - Sites catalog. This catalos stores information for different locations - Employee catalog: name / position / payment rate. - Roles catalog. There are 4 rol levels: Supervisor, Approval, Payroll and Admin. - Users catalog. Name / Rol / email / password Login Process. - Login is required for all users. - Once logged in, it will show menu related with his role profile. Supervisor process. - Will add the number of hours the employee worked - Each employee can work for several sites the same day. Approval process. - Will review the number of hours supervisor added, will review or will reject. - If reject, supervisor can modify the number of hours reported. Payroll Process. - Once approval process is done, this role will see a report of how many hours the employee worked that hour, the rate hour, and the total amount to be paid to that employee. (Hours worked * rate) Filters. - Need to filter and sort for all fields related in this process. - Need to filter by dates, for example to get the amount of the payments made to an employee in a date range. Export process. - Once payroll report is generated, need to export to CSV and Excel. Note: Programming language can be any linux based (Php/Java/Phyton) and this script will be hosted in AWS enviroment we provide.
