Small php project

I have a magazine website on which every month a new edition is created through the admin, and with every edition, a copy of all the files is created in a new folder to be filled with the content. Of the general template, there are a set of navigation buttons on the top of the website, I need one removed, another one needs to change the target url, and I need to add a new one. I also need a facebook Fanbox added to the right of the page. I need someone to do this fast and accurately. Happy bidding
