Social wifi hotspot PHP Programming

I'm looking for someone to develop a social hotspot system based on DD-WRT firmware flashed routers. We need the following features: - Like feature: Get access to free wifi by liking a facebook page - Check in: If already liked, check in at the location on facebook - Skip feature: If someone already made an action, let him get free wifi for X hours or X days - Simple backend (optional) : Manage features, simple statistics - Disable router remotely - We need to be able to disable the router if a customer stops paying. As far as we know, the simplest option would be to use DD-WRT's Nocatsplash feature or an open source hotspot called chili spot. We need a programmer to program the basic software, we can provide a few sample codes from GitHub releated to this task. We will pay when the software is done. Payment options : fixed price or monthly payment What we need: scripts and instructions on how to set up the router.
