Universal web app to access & play live & stored audio video from any CCTV cam Recorder’s storage (SD card, HDD,etc..) and copy it to cloud

Web app will access and play recordings & live audio video of CCTV Camera DVR (Digital Video recorder) of all/any manufacturer or brand and store it in a cloud server. Should be able to access IP camera NVR as well as wired camera DVR. All vendors of CCTV have their own apps for mobile & PC. But they all have different interface and features which are very limited. Not all of them support cloud storage. Moreover if you have cameras of let’s say 5 brands/manufacturers in your premises you will need to view them in 5 different mobile & PC apps one by one all the time. To overcome these issues I need a universal app to access live & stored audio video from CCTV Recorder’s storage (SD card, HDD,etc..) and copy it to cloud storage. Video can be played in YouTube like player with many additional easy features.
