Project Title: VIVANSANM - Empowering Democracy in Haiti Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled freelance web developer to assist in the creation of a groundbreaking platform called VIVANSANM. VIVANSANM aims to democratize decision-making processes by enabling users to participate in surveys and contribute financially towards resolving community issues in Haiti. The platform will require users to create accounts using their national ID, driver's license, or passport, along with email and phone number verification. Each user will receive a unique identification code akin to a Social Security Number (SSN). Responsibilities: Website Development: Design and develop the VIVANSANM website with two primary functions: conducting surveys and facilitating monetary donations. User Authentication: Implement a secure user authentication system requiring national ID, driver's license, or passport information, along with email and phone number verification. Generate unique identification codes for each user. Survey Functionality: Create a user-friendly interface for users to participate in public surveys. Display ongoing issues in Haiti and present potential solutions for user voting. Ensure transparency and accessibility in survey presentation. Donation Platform: Develop a robust donation platform allowing users to contribute financially towards proposed solutions. Each survey will include a budget, and users can donate to fund the implementation of selected solutions. Account Management: Incorporate account management features, allowing users to update their information, view their donation history, and track the progress of ongoing surveys. Design Integration: Implement a simple and minimalistic design for the website, featuring the Haitian flag as the logo. Ensure a cohesive visual identity throughout the platform. Requirements: Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with database management systems, preferably MySQL or MongoDB. Strong understanding of security protocols and data protection measures. Prior experience in implementing user authentication systems and account management functionalities. Familiarity with payment gateways and financial transaction processing. Ability to create responsive and visually appealing web interfaces. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
