Web portal for private bus rides

Hello there, I'm building website portal for private bus rides. I'm making Frontend for visitors and admin side. Site has to be fast so I dont want poor database architecture. I'm using bitbucket so it's good if you know how to use git. I want build this project for latest Laravel framework (Laravel 5.5) because i'm familiar with that. Good english or finnish communication language. Here are the main points for site and I'm sending specific list of all actions and plans if I choose you. Visitor - Must register when making an offer - Can make an easy offer to our customers - Can log in and check offer status - Can edit own profile - Can see history of offers Our Customer (bus company owners) - Must be registered (all registrations must validate by admins) - Can add pictures for own company page - Can edit content inside company page - Give price for visitor offer - Cannot see other companys offers So here's an example of this process: 1. Visitor makes an offer and register at same time (if not logged in) - Visitor wants an offer for 30 people from Helsinki, Finland to Tuusula, Finland 2. Bus companies get notification for new offer in his or her company area - Company will set cities where company works 3. Bus company leave own price for visitor offer - Company can see average price for this offer but not other company names 4. Visitor get notification for latest prices to offer - Visitor logs in and see list of all prices (not company names) and company ratings (1 to 5) - Visitor cannot see company information (comapny name, contact information) at this point 5. Visitor accepts best and suitable company - Company gets notification for accepted offer - Now visitor and company can see each others contact information and they can leave messages from message center Thank you in advance!
