Write some Software

Very simple javascript widget architecture required. I'm a PHP developer and have problems with Javascript & JQuery, so I need a little help. Widget will be called with a <script></script> tag. I require a script to: a) load JQuery (with conflict resolution) and multiple other scripts b) load at least one external css file c) parse passed variables <script src="xxx?var1=a&var2=b"> d) call PHP via AJAX for output using parsed variables I am a long-time coder so WORKING pseudo code is fine. I'm not asking for someone to build me a widget, just provide a working architecture. I can feel my way around using that. Considering this is for code architecture and not an application/system, I will only be considering lower-tier offers.
