Correct error in Prestashop cart update

I have a Prestashop shop in which there is a problem when updating the cart. When the user clicks on the Add to Cart button, the page stays updating but the screen indicating that the product has been added does not appear. It is necessary to refresh the page for the product to appear in the cart. I need someone to fix this [login to view URL] template author is not available anymore, so I need someone to fix this.
