CALL CENTRE SOFTWARE PROGRAMMER
Hello, I am looking for someone local to Australia that can do ongoing program writing for my business. We are a boutique phone answering service for restaurants.
The initial need is:
CALL OUTCOME REPORTING
- Compatible with 3CX
- Using something similar to a wrap up code or distribition
- Report based on call queue and call out code
- Tailored outcome options for each queue/call out code Each restaurant we service has a call queue and also a call out code for when we make outgoing calls.
We need to report on both of these, with the specific things each clients wants to report on.
STAFF REPORTING
I would like to report on staff activities, like how many calls they took for the day etc.
There will be other things we would like to develop as we move forward.
You would need to work with myself (founder who isnt too techy) and my phone system guy (who is techy). If you can please provide a demo or screenshots of something similar you have built that would be appreciated.
