This is for personal use. I would like to know which addresses in Warren, Clarke, Frederick and Shenandoah Counties in Virginia have cable internet access. Could you write a program that would sequentially enter addresses (from the phone book) into the web sites that have this info to generate a list and/or map of where cable access is available? Once you get this algorithm working, you can freely distribute it or use it yourself. I want to buy a house with cable internet and I need to know where there is cable so I can better define my search.

Is it a Windows desktop application? Please provide more detail. I have 14yrs experience in software engineering. Well versed in multiple languages, frameworks, platforms, libraries, and architectures. From your description, it looks like you need a bot application that gets house addresses from websites and makes a list of those addresses. I am experienced in writing such applications.
