We have a bulk sms app powered by kannel. We want freelancer to help make DND feature that will enable app filter out numbers that are on operator DND list so that sms are not sent to them nor charged. We want app to show analysis of numbers that are added and numbers that have been removed from list. We should be able to add and remove number manually and app should be able to fetch numbers from database PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH KANNEL AND SIMILAR APPLICATIONS
