We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP specialist to optimize our current Odoo installation, clean up our database, and configure the mass email app/module. Your primary responsibilities will include updating our Odoo installation to the latest version, uninstalling unused modules (such as invoicing, sales, and rental), and adding a domain name to our Odoo instance running on a DigitalOcean server. Please note that a previous freelancer performed work on the rental app/module, and we may use it in the future. Therefore, it is crucial that you ensure we do not lose the work done on this app if it is uninstalled. Responsibilities: • Update our Odoo ERP to the latest version, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime. • Clean up our database by removing unused data and optimizing the remaining data. • Uninstall unused modules, such as invoicing, sales, and rental, without losing any customizations made on the rental app/module. • Add a domain name to our Odoo instance running on a DigitalOcean server. • Configure the mass email app/module to ensure proper functionality and deliverability. Import our customer email list to odoo. Skills & Requirements: • Proven experience working with Odoo ERP, including module installation, customization, and configuration. • Strong knowledge of Odoo database management and optimization. • Experience with DigitalOcean server management and domain configuration. • Familiarity with mass email app/module configuration within the Odoo ecosystem. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and time management skills.
