I need a executable standalone program built to scrape and add telegram members to different groups. needs to have functionality of using multiple telegram profiles, each with a user agent, keep track of what groups have had members added, how many, and by which profile be able to have user defines wait times, and multithread capability. should use the telethon library. Needs to have GUI.
