I am looking for someone to modify code (EflowStats: [login to view URL]) to allow for batch processing of ~290 streamflow records. The code currently allows one to process stream statistics for only one site at a time. I am looking to collect the following stream statistics for 238 site locations (csv attached) during the following period: startDate = "2000-10-01", endDate = "2019-9-30" Stream Statistics: peakFlows floodThresh calc_allHITOut magnifStatsOut The script and associated packages are all located in this vignette: [login to view URL] The primary github page is located at: [login to view URL] Note: - There will be an error when accessing data for some sites from the period (startDate = "2000-10-01"; endDate = "2019-9-30"). If possible, please work around this error message.
