Hi, I am looking for a company who can make 3D floorplan with views for commercial real estate. Google Sketchup with VRAY is okay but alternatives are also good. I have attached document with viewpoints. In total 6 renders (2 of small office, 2 of meeting rooms and 2 of canteen for eating. And a 3D floorplan from above. I have attached samples of the output our client gets now. Must be equal or better. Price and quality is important so please send me your examples and price offer for what we need. If you have questions, let me know! .DWG files will also be send. If we are satisfied you can expect lots more projects like these.
