Simple Animation using MAYA 2012, (NO RENDERING NEEDED)

Hello, I am looking for someone to complete a animation using a manual rig in maya 2012, the character is fully rigged and textured, the scene is as well. i am simply looking for a playblast, no rendered scenes required, just the movement. attatched is a image of the character and of the scene to give you the idea of what you will be working with. There may also be an opportunity for some extra money, if someone could fix up the textures of the buildings in the scene, as some of them are required to be low poly buildings, but dont look good. the lighting also needs to be fixed. i am currently studying 3D so i do know how much effort is needed for this, and i know there is not too much, as there is no rendering required, so this is why the bid is so low. There will be an animatic available to whoever is awarded the job. The animation only has to be between 30-60 secs. thanks
