Looking for effective Sales Person/s for a B2B SaaS Product / Solutions startup

Looking for passionate, effective go getters having experience in generating sales and revenues for a B2B Software Products, Solutions and Services Startup to work in commission based model. As we are in our infancy, you will be a crucial member of the team. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. The right candidate will take ownership of the entire account/s on Company’s behalf. Business contacts in Technology and / or Financial Service organizations will be an added advantage Requirement: You will own the entire sales process from lead generation, follow up and closure. Responsibilities include • Should be able to generate own leads by researching business directories, wed searches and digital resources • Cold calling / mailing to potential clients • Should be able nurture and close leads provided by us. • Should be able to handle basic presentation to the prospective client and take to the next level • Answering basic questions of the potential client and follow-up call questions • Recording, sharing and discussing the activities to finalize strategy and pricing for deal closure • Working closely with clients and product team throughout closing process Skills expected: • Persuasive and goal-oriented • Good communication and presentation skills • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories • Self-motivated and self-directed • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close • Ability to identify & source information on prospective clients • Develop high-level relationships with the customers and serve as a trusted consultant What is in it for you: Base Commission and additional Incentives for higher sales revenues / ticket size. Commission payable on New Business and Renewal business sourced and managed by you. We provide all material / support required for closure of the deal. Schedule: You are your own boss!! PS: In due course, we would like you to move to a hybrid model with Base Pay + Incentives and eventually you may absorbed as an employee of the company with Salary + Incentives + ESOPs etc., We are currently looking for Indian clients, will be extending to other geographies soon.
