CMS System Required

My client requires a CMS website that will allow people to view his products by category, price, data added and number in stock. Also it must include a shopping cart that will be saved on the database, and the shopping cart ID will be sent by email to them so that they can look up what the current status of it is (processing etc). Also the database must automatically change to show that the products have been paid for by paypal. Must have admin backend where the admin can edit users within his company to give them certain permissions within the CMS system. The CMS must also show when the stock is full, medium, or empty, but with pictures instead so a little bit of graphic work is required on this. The CMS product system will also have clothes on so my client must be able to list different sizes, e.g. Height, Chest, Waist, shoe size, european or british as it will be an international site and other items of measurement and must be able to choose whether the fields will appear or not. Also my client must be able to apply additional costs depending on different sizes selected e.g. if size 32 chest were selected, an extra 50p extra and this must be able to the product price immediately. Also, you do not need to make a new layout or template as my client has already chosen one that he like so you will be working with the one he chose. Additionally, my client must be able to type in colours available and it must show how many items are in stock for each different colour of the product. Also my client will require an instruction manual of how to operate the system and all the common problems with troubleshooting items As well as an install script is required for the CMS as my client does not know much about computers.
