G00gle adwords campaign & management

I require someone to create a G00gle adwords campaign for me. The campaign is a grey area when it comes to adwords, as it's a gambling related campaign, for which g00gle's policy is contradictory (in the region I am targetting at least). All you will be required to do is set up the campaign, for which I will provide instructions of targeting/keywords/ad copy etc. For this I will pay $20. If you manage to get the ad approved after following my instructions and requesting an exception from their policy, I will pay an additional $[login to view URL] the minimum bid on Getafreelancer is $30, this is what you should bid, and I will pay an additional amount when the campaign is live. Then on an ongoing monthly basis I will pay you $50 for every month for keeping the campaign going (I will pay for the costs of the ads). For the first couple of weeks you will be required to make daily adjustments to the campaign, so someone who is regularly online is required. After the first few weeks the campaign will only require modifications approx 2-3 times a month, so this is easy money.... This campaign will be awarded to someone who sends me a PM starting with "Hello Josh" to ensure you have carefully read the above, and let me know what experience you have with using G00lge adwords (no experience is necessary) but I am looking for possibly more than one freelancer for this project, with varying degrees of adwords experience. You must specify whether you already have a g00gle adwords account or not.
