SEO Services for Two Websites

I am looking for bidders to conduct a 3 month SEO service contract for two of my websites. I currently already outsource my SEO to the USA/India on long term 12 month contracts. So if I see quick/efficient/smart work you will be assured of continued work. My Budget is very limited as most of it is used up by existing SEO work. But this is for the short term only - so for now it is $100/month (can be more if you can provide evidence you are good) I require only OFFPAGE SEO work. My background is IT/WEB so my sites are SEO optimised to the best the cart systems will allow. The keywords are well researched for good SERPS.
