Hi, I would like to pay someone who can code a twitter desktop application. I want this application to have these features: -extract tweets to excel of a list of specific users -import a list of tweets texts and images -select a tweet from that list -tweet it at the specific time that I choose -it must be automated at the TIME-PATTERN I choose ---what I mean by this is, I want to be able to schedule tweets EVERYDAY at 7am, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm
