Help Grow A BIG Facebook Group with the right audience

Looking for female, because it's a female demographic. Facebook Group Building EXPERT - must be great at recruiting like-minded people who are interested- the right targeted audience - members that are interested in the topic / industry. Looking to create a group of 100,000 people in the next 6 months or so. I want to invite them and do not add them with out their permission. Must be able to show groups you have helped create. Ideally have a testimonial / reference we can contact as well. Looking to do this with no ads, just organic building.
