Need Increase of Twitter Followers & Facebook Likes

Hello, we have a client that is in need of 5103 followers on Twitter and 2013 likes from Facebook. For both Twitter and FB, the likes and followers need to be from real people, no fakes people or accounts,no bots, no spam, no black hat techniques, no farming or other unethical tricks. You must use good practices when gathering likes and followers from an active account (with a minimum of 50+ friends on their page, and +50 followers on Twitter) and most of them should have a profile picture. The Successful bidder will; -NOT be given access as an administrator to Facebook Page, -NOT be given access as an administrator to Twitter Account -NOT be a spammer or use spamming techniques -NOT provide links from distasteful or illegal fans -NOT have links from pornographic sites, anti (religion, gay, political etc) associations or anything inappropriate or socially irresponsible -Keep strict confidentially (which is required) Please note that the followers and likes can only be from 6 specific countries and one specific region (once the bid is rewarded, we would let the successful bidder know locations). We will also provide a list of industries that we would like to target to follow and like. The time frame for this project is 16 days to complete, with a gradual increase (and random increments) of Followers and Likes with the totals being reached by the 16th day. Bidders must identify their strategy and/or methodology to add the 5103 followers to Twitter and 2013 likes from FB. If you can not provide a strategy and/or methodology, please do not bid on this project.
