HI all P.S at first please ignore the budget , it will be discuses after some discussion. what is my knowlegment I am electronic engineer who work in MCU world such as : microchip and atmel programming it with c language for 6 years , also I have good background in software developing using .net and a little bit in java and linux OS ( install some application and run it , not more. ) what I need now : I plan to move ahead and work with more reliable system , embedded system, using linux , android or vxworks, I need some guide in my process in my plan for example guide in : 1- How to choose the MPU ? 2- what the best and good development board ? 3- what the best os to work with it ? 4- how to download the system in MPU ? 5- how to configure the MPU ? 6- integrate different Peripherals + Memory ? and more ! I need some with me guide me in process and he will have milestone in each process .. also now I will discuses some project with freelancer and see there experience in this fields .. please only the experience and who work in this field and do some project also who paid this project
