2 way Video Chat with recording

I need a simple video chat implementation with possibility to record the chat on server side. Recording should be recorded by both sides videos. Flash version like chatroulette, but with saving user's video on the server. You can use Adobe Flash for frontend. And Java for backend. You should provide basic documentation and installation instructions, including basic source code documentation (basic comment of what each function do). Final Requirements: 1. Web Application – Video Chat with server that records media sent by both parties 1. Server records video file playable by media player ( VLC will be fine ) 2. Client sees partner's video and his own video as well. 3. Each of clients can stop/pause transmission – this should be handled independently, if client 1 stops transmission, server will still record client 2 transmission. 4. User should be able select camera resolution if it supports. For example for 640x480 web cam. {640x480 and 320x240} 2. Simple documentation 3. Web chat is using each client's web camera and microphone 4. Server should accept multiple connections. (For example 1st transmission include 2 clients video chatting, then another pair of clients (client 3 & 4) connects to the server, server should record their transmissions as well. Example of api: 1 User [login to view URL] 2 User [login to view URL] When this web-page is loaded client connects to the server to load user info that is bounded to the key – session id and user id. Session id represents list of the users id to be connected. ( See attached java class files ) According to this data server will do 2 way communication with the users. First client 1. Client application connects to the server 2. Server responds if other user is connected or to wait message , in this case client waits for the message from the server that user is connected to begin video chat. (prints message on client's screen to wait for 2nd user.) Second user connects to the server – 2 way video chat begins. Server records the video chat from both sides. When user presses start/stop button server stops recording.
