Advanced c++ NUMA  KMP_AFFINITY.

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. Advanced c++ What I need : I need source code to lock 1 ( Application / Prcocess > [login to view URL])to NUMA nodes. The application needs to be locked ( CPU AFFINITY + KMP_AFFINITY, both of these need to lock on to Node:0 / CPUs 2 to 11 + Node:1 CPUs / 12 to 23 ). The threads that are locked need to be able to be shared by the 1 application only.( Local Memory) . I need to be able to use KMP_AFFINITY in serial and parallel, so u will have to provide seperate code so I can determine which ever performs better with the application. Reason : The reason for this is I want to test performance on my PC using NUMA and keeping the threads of 1 application and it's memory local, and removing windows scheduler from 1 application. If you can do this I can give you any specifications regarding the PC, I also need someone who is advanced and can recommend anything that will enhance this code to perform better.
