I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using c#. I would like to build a simple command line program that reads an input and will automatically subscribe to a streaming data source. As this data source sends updates it will added to the data base in time series format. I am open to database recommendations but prefer, postgres, redis, or mongodb. But i am open to other databases. All the connection code will be provided by me. All I need is a robust way to connect. In the future this should be able to collect other sources of data which is why i need it to be generalized.
