Create a Photo Editor Program

Hi , I believe this proposal finds you in good health. I’ve gone through your project requirement and studied the “Krita” Application. Please do allow me to explain my understanding on your project. You need an application for windows and mac, replica of Krita with some amendments like data management on cloud, your new feature which you want to added along with the Krita’s basic features . “It´s important that you don´t use Krita because then we can´t sell it” I don’t understand this line, please explain.
