Entre los años 2011 y 2012 realice un punto de venta desde cero para una empresa de venta al por menor llamada "Grupo Total 99". Fue terminado y exitosamente instalado en las 44 tiendas de la empresa. Fue realizado en Java, utilizando como base de datos MySQL. Este proyecto es basicamente hacer un traduccion desde Delphi a Java. He realizado varios pequeños proyectos de traducciones entre diferentes lenguajes de programacion, como desde Delphi a Python, Python a C++, Fortran a C#, etc. Los he realizado para clientes en Upwork.com. Debido a esa experiencia, puedo estimar que un precio justo por cada linea de codigo traducida es de 0.2$. Me base en eso para estimar el precio y tiempo del proyecto. Su proyecto necesita la traduccion de aproximadamente 9000 lineas de Fortran a Java. Hice un descuento debido al tamaño del proyecto. El procedimiento que usualmente sigo para traducciones, es correr linea a linea ambos programas hasta obtener el mismo resultado en ambos. Con esto garantizo que en ambos lenguajes tendre exactamente las mismas funcionalidades. El tiempo que estimo para traducir el proyecto completo es de 1 mes y una semana aproximadamente.
