Goal: create windows service, multithreaded, which connects using IMAP to N mailboxes, where each such polling shall be in separate thread. Once email has arrived, download it and store on disk using MimeKit/MailKit. Update: the number of threads polling IMAP shall be variable, as new mailboxes may be activated by other app users during widows service runtime; mailbox infos shall be periodically pulled from SQL database via EF query (single query returning servername, port, username, password)
