Thank you for taking the time to read about our project. We are a startup business and have a web application which we have developed with a UK development team. The software provides energy comparison services to brokers working in the business-to-business electricity & gas market. The software is built on .NET framework and makes heavy use of an SQL database. Bootstrap has been used as a foundation for the website. We are looking for a full-stack developer to provide ongoing support to our project. The role of this developer will be to add new features to the software and improve and optimise existing functionality. We are looking for someone fitting the following criteria: - Fluent English with good communication skills; we would use Slack as our messenger software but we will do regular Skype calls also to discuss features and tasks. - Initiative and proactivity in suggesting improvements and methods to solve tasks and issues. - Efficient and meticulous approach to work. - Availability for a minimum fixed number of hours per week, during UK office hours. - Number of hours per week negotiable but starting with at least 10. - Additional availability outside of UK office hours where necessary. - Skills must, of course, include strong experience in .NET, C#, SQL and LESS. - Located in Europe for time-zone purposes.
