implement fluentd logs in Json

I need a strong developer of fluent who has prior knowledge. I will give docker of fluent (you can take your own also). I need all logs should be in json. even inner logs also. I need this task to be done in next 12-24 hour max. It is a small but little tricky task. You might need some pluggin or you fluentd conf file. and this is time bound project.
