Optimize sources of my private server

Hello freelancers, I got sources with c++ codes. The sources are from a private game-server. The code is already very well. But it can be optimized alot to have lesser cpu usage when the game is running. I readed somewhere its possible to optimize using some kind of technique (Gprof) I do not know how that works. Anyone here is willing to work for me optimizing all my code? Let me hear from ya.
