Proxy Configuration

We want to Setup a Linux VM as a Proxyserver that supports http and socks 5 proxies for multiple IPs. I already managed to create aliases for the additional assigned IPs, and those are reachable from the outside as well. What we need now is a working config for preferably squid, that supports both user auth and email auth, preferable per IP address. Actually we won't need caching etc, as the main purpose is to mask the ip adresses. ( So the packets shouldn't show, that a proxy is used) The Input IP should also be the Output IP. The same we would also like to have for Socks5. I personally tried it with Dante, without authorization it worked. So everything we ask for should be possible. But as I am really no Linux expert, I would like to hire a real expert in that field. It's also very likely that we will have more use for experts in the future.
