I am looking for an expert in ecological statistics to consult on statistical analysis and modeling methods for my project. The project is a biological study, with a focus on animals. I don't need anyone to undertake the actually analysis (yet!), but I do need guidance on what tests I should be looking at using. Having a good grasp of explaining complex statistical outcomes in understandable terms is required, as well as the understanding to explain it in a simple and clear manner. My data set isn't too large, but it is relatively complex. I am looking to compare a new method of obtaining temperature against a ground-truthed measuring method (a gold standard). I have a total of seven variables with a further four environmental variables. Ideally, I would be completing all of the analysis via R. I'm after a quick response. I have the data set as a csv file so I can send this over as required. Not necessarily looking for a voice call - happy to converse via email etc. Again, I am not looking for anyone to complete the statistical analysis, just assist me with making sure I have picked out the correct tests for my project.
